Tin Beef and Grits
Very simple and a combination I hadn't thought of before we had it in Eleuthera, one of the out islands in the Bahamas. Many restaurants served this as a quick to-go breakfast. . .served in a to-go plate. Not a handheld sandwich!
1 can corn beef (aka tin beef) - Note this is NOT corn beef hash
1 green pepper, chopped
4 Servings of grits
Optional: 1 small onion, chopped
Saute the green pepper with a bit of butter, then add the corn beef.
Cook til corn beef is cooked and hot. Serve on top a plate of grits.
