2 cups coconut water 1 cup gin (or white rum😊) 1 cup sweetened condensed milk ¼ tsp nutmeg ¼ tsp cinnamon Mix first 3 together. Chill for 1 to 2 hours Serve over ice. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon to serve.
Ingredients ● 3 oz. freshly squeezed orange juice ● 2.5 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice ● 5 oz. good quality gold or dark rum ● 1.5 oz. simple syrup ● A dash each of grenadine and Angostura® bitters ● Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg Stir all the liquids in a pitcher and chill for at least an hour. To serve, pour into an ice-filled glass, with a sprinkle of nutmeg on top. Garnish as desired.

A bottle of Sean’s Specially Blended Irish Whiskey Freshly Brewed Coffee Brown Sugar Double Whipped Cream 1. Heat your glass 2. Add a measure of Sean's Specially Blended Irish Whiskey 3. Add a teaspoon of brown sugar 4. Pour in your freshly brewed coffee and fill 3/4 of the glass 5. Stir all ingredients together 6. Using a spoon, carefully float the lightly whipped cream on top of the coffee

Ingredients - 1 1/2 ounces tequila - 1/2 ounce crème de cacao (white) - 1 ounce blue curaçao - 1/2 ounce cream Garnish: maraschino cherry Instructions 1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the tequila, crème de cacao, blue Curaçao, and cream. 2. Shake well. 3. Strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass. 4. Garnish with a cherry. 5. Serve and enjoy!
INGREDIENTS -2 Cups of Ice -1/4 Cup of Blue Curaçao -1 Cup White Rum -2 Cups of Lemonade -4 Lemon Slices - 8 Maraschino Cherries DIRECTIONS 1. Put 1/4 cup ice in each glass, then add a splash of blue curacao, 1/4 cup rum, and another 1/4 cup ice. (The ice helps with the ombré.) Pour over 1/2 cup lemonade. 2. Ingredients - 2 oz. Jamaican Rum - 1/2 oz. grenadine - 1 oz. fresh lime juice (save 1/2 lime shell for garnish) - 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice - 1/4 teaspoon sugar - Soda water to top Directions: Place all ingredients except soda water into cocktail shaker with ice. Shake til sugar is dissolved and drink is chilled. Pour into 12 oz. glass with ice and garnish with squeezed lime shell. Top with soda water and stir gently.

One of Carnival's most famous classic cocktails! Combine in a shaker with ice: 1.5 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum 1 oz. Irish Cream .5 oz. Frangelico .5 oz. Peach Schnapps .5 oz. Disaronno Amaretto .5 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps Shake and strain into a martini glass. To get creative, make designs inside the glass with chocolate or caramel sauce.
1 1/2 oz. of white rum 1 oz. lime juice 1 oz. mango and passion fruit syrup (or add juices) 1/2 oz. rosemary syrup (don't have - substitute simply syrup and season it with whatever you have!) 2 oz. ginger ale Pour all ingredients except the ginger ale in the shaker. To start - 4 cubes of watermelon cut into 1" cubes. Add 3 to a shaker and muddle. Add to shaker with ice: 2 oz. of Belvedere Vodka 1 oz. Monin Watermelon Syrup (or make your own) .75 oz. of freshly squeezed lime juice Shake til cold and strain into chilled martini glass. 2 oz. Barcardi Limon Rum .5 oz. Patron Citronage .25 oz Fresh Lime Juice 1.5 oz. White Cranberry Juice Chill your martini glass with some ice water and then fill a shaker with ice. Add the above. Shake vigorously. Once cold, empty ice from your martini glass and strain the cocktail into it. Slowly pour .25 oz. of Blue Curacao down the side of the glass allowing it to sink to the bottom.
