1 lime, cut in wedges
2 oz English Harbour 5-year old Rum
1 oz Cavalier Antigua White Rum
1 oz sugar syrup
Dash Angostura bitters
Make it with the expertly distilled English Harbour rum, which soaks in oak barrels for a minimum of five years.

1 oz. Irish Cream
.5 oz. Frangelico
.5 oz. Peach Schnapps
.5 oz. Disaronno Amaretto
.5 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
Shake and strain into a martini glass. To get creative, make designs inside the glass with chocolate or caramel sauce.
1 oz. lime juice
1 oz. mango and passion fruit syrup (or add juices)
1/2 oz. rosemary syrup (don't have - substitute simply syrup and season it with whatever you have!)
2 oz. ginger ale
Pour all ingredients except the ginger ale in the shaker. Add ice and shake.
Serve in old fashioned glass with fresh ice - finish with the ginger ale and a garnish of rosemary - or lime or whatever sounds good!
