This certification program requires first hand product knowledge as well as specialized training and distinguishes her as a cruise specialist. Mary has completed cruise line specific training programs and received certifications from Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and Princess Cruises. She attends training classes, trade shows and seminars and familiarization trips which gives her an opportunity to participate in site or ship inspections.
