The world's second-largest cruise line, Royal Caribbean International, will call Norfolk's Half Moone Cruise and Celebration Center home again in 2009. Royal Caribbean's 916-foot-long Grandeur of the Seas will sail regularly to Bermuda, the Caribbean and Canada/New England throughout the spring and early summer.
